Good location near downtown center of Troy. Very clean. Breakfast was standard bland hotel food, but warm and a lot of variety and options whatever your food needs (veg. Etc…) I didn’t interact with the staff a lot- but when I did they were polite and friendly.

I liked the location only 10 minutes away from family. Breakfast was good. The staff at check in upgraded our room with a shower instead of a tub because the last Holiday Inn we stayed at in Virginia the night before had a tub/shower combo that was not flat and we both almost fell because it was slippery and bowed at the bottom very narrow.

The breakfast was one of the best I've ever had at a hotel. Good Greek yogurt with fresh fruit toppings, GOOD scrambled eggs (well seasoned, made from fresh eggs), bacon, hash browns, and an assortment of other items. Not a huge selection but everything was very good. The staff was very helpful. We were a group of cyclers the provided a place for bicycles. Everything about our stay was first rate.

Facility was clean and staff were very friendly. Breakfast was amazing - probably the best hotel breakfast we've ever had. Selections for every taste and diet, and a dedicated staffer who took obvious pride in her work. We loved the location and we were able to walk down the street a short way and find lots of restaurants and things to do.

I liked the ease of access, even on the 3rd floor. The pharmacopia products were so good! The fresh look and the music in the lobby - gay vibes. We appreciated the lower cost on this trip. We had looked previously and saw $300-$400 a room mid-summer. Smh.

The hotel appears to be newly renovated The atmosphere was very pleasant The rooms were clean I will definitely return to this location

Breakfast was great. The Hotel staff was very helpful. We came to enjoy the National Orchestra of Ukraine at the Troy Savings Bank Music Hall, which is only 5 blocks away. Little did we know that the full orchestra was staying there, and we had breakfast with the First Violin, and the Maestro! We will be back and recommend this Hotel to anyone who is travelling to Troy.

Staff really went above and beyond to help us. We had to extend our stay unexpectedly, and the staff could not have been more helpful and accommodating. We really appreciate it!
